Chris Murphy
REALTOR®, Principal BrokerChris originally came to Guam in 1982 as a Vice President with Bank of Hawaii and has made his home here ever since. He has over 37 years of experience as a banker, real estate broker, consultant, instructor, and developer on Guam. Chris obtained his BA in Pre-Law from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, his MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington.
Over the years, he has served in various senior management positions for Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, and Guam Housing Corporation. He is a past president of the Guam Bankers Association as well as a past Chairman of the Board for the Guam Economic Development and Commerce Authority. He is currently the Chairman of the Guam Real Estate Commission.

Chris is the Owner and Principal Broker of The Real Estate Professionals, a full service real estate brokerage firm with offices in Guam and Hawaii. Chris has earned several national real estate designations including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
Chris is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Guam Association of Realtors. He has been a licensed real estate broker on Guam since 1988 and a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii since 2008. Over the years, Chris has been actively involved in the successful development, sale, and management of major housing and condominium projects, as well as assisting clients in the disposition and development of other residential and commercial properties.
