Kishin Advani is a local boy, born and raised on Guam. His background includes 25+ years of combined real estate sales and appraisal experience. Kishin began his real estate career as a Real Estate Appraiser with Micronesian Appraisal Associates, Inc. in 1996. After his six-year career as an appraiser, he made a lateral move to real estate sales.
With his appraisal and sales background, Kishin has an extensive and a unique knowledge of Guam’s real estate market. His clients have consistently sought his advice and trusted his judgment on many transactions. He represents his clients to the best of his ability and educates them through every step of the process, so that they make the best possible decision.
During his first year as a Realtor, Kishin received the Ginefli’e I Tano Outstanding Newcomer Award in 2003, followed by the Realtor’s Choice Award in 2004 and the Homes Plus People’s Choice Award in 2008.
Over the years, Kishin has served in various committees of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Guam Association of Realtors (GAR) and the Guam Young Professionals (GYP). He is a past State/Local Director of the Guam Association of Realtors as well as a past Director and Vice President of the Pacific Association of Professionals Appraisers.
Kishin attended the University of Guam and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics. He has earned the Certified International Property Specialists and Certified Residential Specialists NAR designations.
Kishin is an active member of the Pacific Association of Professional Real Estate Appraisers, Guam Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Guam Chamber of Commerce.
In his personal time, he loves spending time with family and friends, running on the beach, working out at the gym, traveling, networking, listening to music and reading books.
