Experience
Being raised in an “entrepreneurial family” has prepared Frank Santos to over-come any obstacle and career challenges including a history of accomplishments as follows;
• After graduating from Guam Community College, he immediately began his life-long dedication to the island of Guam.
• Serving his country in the United States Air Force, as a Special Weapons Technician.
• From there, Frank began a career as an Insurance Agent, with AFLAC, a Fortune 500 company in Columbus, Georgia.
• Within the first 2 years, Frank quickly become AFLAC’s #1 (company-wide) in a sales team consisting of 26,000 agents.
• Raising the bar once again, Frank took on another business challenge with other partners and founded CyberTec Holdings, an electronic & security alarm business. There, he honed his
skills in sales, marketing and public relations, serving as Sales Director / Manager.
• In 2005, Frank’s passion for serving clients lead him to launch yet again another career challenge in the real estate industry — joining “The Real Estate Professionals”, Guam’s Top Real Estate Firm where he continues to represented high profile clients & investors.
